We need to perform an operation on two fractions. They do not have the same denominator.

.1 Common denominator searching

Let us keep it simple, if we want the denominator B, inside of fraction (A/B) to equal D, inside of fraction (C/D), we just combine them!

To get B = D, we will use B*D

​

To do this, with B = 1 + x and then D = x
